By accessing or using the Instant Udyam website (instantudyam.com) and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that may apply. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Client") and Instant Udyam (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Instant Udyam is a private consultancy platform that provides expert-assisted advisory and form-filling services for Udyam Registration (MSME Registration) under the Ministry of MSME, Government of India.
Our services include verification of your personal and business details, selection of the appropriate NIC activity code, validation of PAN-Aadhaar alignment, preparation and submission of your Udyam Registration application through the official government portal, and delivery of the issued Udyam Certificate to your registered email address.
Important: We are a private consultancy and are NOT a government entity. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Government of India, the Ministry of MSME, or the official Udyam Registration portal (udyamregistration.gov.in). The government portal allows free self-registration at no cost. Our fees are exclusively for the advisory, verification, and form-assistance services we provide.
Our advisory service fees are communicated to you clearly and transparently before you proceed with any payment. No hidden charges, processing fees, or additional costs will be added after the quoted amount.
Payment must be completed through our approved online payment methods before we begin processing your application. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
The fee you pay covers our advisory and form-assistance services only. The government does not charge any fee for Udyam Registration itself. By making payment, you acknowledge that you are paying for our professional consultancy services and not for the government registration itself.
We aim to process and deliver your Udyam Certificate within 24–48 business hours after successful payment and completion of all required information.
This timeline is an estimate and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including government portal downtime or maintenance, delays in OTP delivery from UIDAI (Aadhaar), discrepancies in PAN or Aadhaar data requiring additional verification, or high volume of applications on the government system.
In cases of delay, we will keep you informed of the status and expected delivery time. We are not liable for delays caused by government systems or third-party services.
Service Completion: Our advisory service is considered complete once we have submitted your application to the government portal on your behalf. The service fee covers the consultancy work performed (data verification, NIC code mapping, portal navigation, OTP coordination, and submission).
If Your Application Cannot Be Processed: In the rare case where we determine — before submission to the government portal — that your application cannot be processed (for example, Aadhaar-mobile linkage issues you cannot resolve, or invalid PAN), you may cancel and we will reverse the advisory fee within 7-10 business days.
Government Portal Rejections: If the government portal rejects your application due to information provided by you (such as a mismatch between Aadhaar and PAN records), we will make one additional attempt to resubmit at no extra charge after you provide corrected information.
Government Portal Availability: Delivery times depend on the availability of udyamregistration.gov.in. Government portal downtime, scheduled maintenance, or technical issues on the portal side are outside our control.

As a user of our services, you agree to the following responsibilities:
Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in your application. This includes your Aadhaar number, PAN, business details, investment figures, and turnover declarations. Any inaccuracy in the information you provide may result in rejection of your application or issuance of an incorrect certificate.
Aadhaar-Mobile Link: Your Aadhaar number must be linked to an active mobile number for OTP verification. It is your responsibility to ensure this link is active before engaging our services.
Lawful Use: You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable Indian laws. You must not submit fraudulent information or attempt to obtain registration for ineligible entities.
Communication: You agree to respond to our verification queries in a timely manner. Delays in providing required information may affect the delivery timeline.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Instant Udyam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not responsible for any losses arising from government portal errors or downtime, incorrect information provided by you, delays caused by third-party systems (UIDAI, Income Tax Department, etc.), or changes in government policies or registration procedures.
Instant Udyam is a private, independent consultancy service. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Government of India, the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), the Udyam Registration portal (udyamregistration.gov.in), or any other government body.
The official Udyam Registration portal provides free self-registration for all eligible businesses. Our service is an optional, paid advisory service for business owners who prefer professional assistance with the registration process.
We do not guarantee approval of your registration application by the government. Approval is solely at the discretion of the government system based on the eligibility criteria defined by the Ministry of MSME.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The brand Instant Udyam is operated under the GST-registered business Pramila Business Solutions. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
